Guest paying a deposit

Hi there, this is first time hosts Mark and Peggy.

I have a confirmed guest for July now wanting to pay 50 percent down now.

could someone help me instruct my guest as to how to do this or maybe they can’t do it .????

any advice from a seasoned host would be much appreciated .

@Peggy211 if it is a confirmed reservation that means she already payed. Airbnb guests pay the full price when making the resercation. There is a possibility to pay 50% when booking but only if the reservation qualifies and only Airbnb decides that, there is nothing you, as a host, can do.
