Guest penalties and fees

Hi, 

My guest wants to know if they cancel early because they might not need to stay as long as booked for if there would be any penalties. Also if they need to rebook do they need to pay again for rebooking

If the guest is asking you these questions, they need to read the Air BNB cancellation policy description linked to your listing.  In terms of booking, the timing of the cancellation will determine if Air BNB will refund the fees.  The system does not recognize "re-booking" and will apply the fees at the time.  @Sonia473 you are dealing with guests that are either disorganized or ambivalent and want someone else to adjust to them.  Might be bad news for you as a host. 😛
