Guest picture requirement

I have my booking settings set so that guests are required to have a profile picture in order to instant book but I'm still getting reservations with guests without picture. I tried to un-click that feature and save it, then re-click it to see if that fixes it, but if I un-click and save, it stays checked when I return. Looks like a glitch, any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!

By “until the booking is complete” do you mean until after they’ve checked out? Because the reservations are confirmed so I was hoping to see the pictures before the guests arrived. Thanks!

@Matthew73 No, they should show up when the reservation is confirmed.  If you haven't seen them, it means they haven't uploaded a profile photo.  And if your Instant Book settings require that, you should let Airbnb support know and ask the guest to upload a photo.
