Guest refund

It was impossible to find a way to contact Airbnb directly to ask them to send me a confirmation that the refund to a guest  that I submitted 5 days ago went through...  

Is there any way to contact someone who can confirm it did? 

My guest is saying that they did not see anything in their side.

I have it in my resolution center as "closed".

Airbnb handles all the financial transactions.  If they guest is saying they did not receive the refund to their credit card, they need to reach out to Airbnb directly.  You cannot help them resolve this and you pay Airbnb to do this for you.  You do not have permission to see if they were paid or not, that is between them and Airbnb.  It's great that you want to help, so you can tell them to call the phone number on their reservation confirmation and talk to someone directly.
