Can anyone help please. My guest wants to leave 10 days eaarly, because he has found perminant accomodation. Do i have to give him a refund and if so would it be nightly rate,
Have a look at BNB's information about cancellation policies and what to do if a guest cancels on its help centre.
You can however say to the guest that if you have someone rebook some or all of the days they cancelled you can consider a partial refund.
Tell your guest to cancel through BNB who will do with any refund. When BNB ask you if you want to make a voluntary refund say no, but you would consider if you can the time rebooked.
