We are hosts and recently had a guest who did not arrive, but left a review... do you have any suggestions? Should we contact Air bnb and have it removed? We didn't write one, but don't know if it's good or bad.
If I were in your place, I would write one for the guest and mention that the guest never showed up and would rate based on general communitcation etc. Once I can see the guest's review, if it is dishonest, I'd report to Airbnb and ask to take it down.
AirBnB policy is that a guest cannot leave a review unless they stay. And...you cannot review a guest if they did not stay. Which is fair to both parties.
