I had a reservation from 1 to 30 April, 2017. My guest came, and I got his monthly payment - $751 CAD.
Because of some private circumstances he needed to leave on April 15. I've agreed to accept this closure. As that never happen to me before, I sent him refund him $447 using Airbnb service "Send/Request money".
After that I got another reservations with other guests but never got that money. I called to Airbnb and was told that this $447 will be deducted from my next payouts. After 2 days of phone calls and mine explanations I was told that I will get that money when I get more than $447 on my Airbnb account. When this happen, Airbnb took my $447 and sent me the rest, about $6. I called again and was told that I should contact to my guest and request my money from him. I did it, but during this week he's been telling me that he can't get a statment from his bank account to check how many payments he's got. What can I do?
