Guest reservation profile

Hi, I have received a booking request from a guest with an incomplete profile. 

I don't understand how this keeps happening.

How can a guest request a booking without having completed their profile?! 

How many times do I have to keep emailing Airbnb to correct this?

Please look into Daniella's profile and make sure that she completes her profile. It is not my job to continue to do this.

@Steve967  On Airbnb it isn't mandatory for guests to have a "complete" public profile in order to request a booking. Photos, profile text, and ID verification are all encouraged but optional.  So if you require any of these things to accept a booking, it is in fact your job to ask the guest to provide them.

@Steve967  Ths is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb CS. No one here can look at "Daniella's" profile. 

As Andrew says, hosts have to ask guests for whatever information they feel they require to accept a booking.
