Hey everyone,
A guest left a review of his stay outside of the 14 dealine. I always complete my guest reviews immediately. The strange thing is, my review is displaying under the guest´s profile, but the review he eventually submitted is not displaying under the room listing. I didn´t think this could happen. I thought both reviews were published at the same time when both were completed. Is there something I can to to have the guest review display on my listing?
Many thanks 🙂

It should not even be possible to leave a review when the 14 day limit has passed, so I believe it will count as no review left.
Your review will appear on the guest's profile after the 14 day window has passed no matter what. Both parties do not have to leave a review, but all reviews left within the deadline will show.

Thank you Marit Anne, that is really helpful 🙂
I have a gust write review nest day and I write a review in the same day , the review show up in "your review ", but not show up on my list, what can I do?
Is the review in a language other than English, @Tian0? If so, take a look further back on your pages of reviews - even at the very end. Reviews in languages other than the user's show up further back. Let us know if that was the case.
I have the same issue they said they left a review and nothing has appeared
Hi everybody, greetings from Bruges!
We have a similar question. When a guest has written a review about his/her stay at our place, we receive a notice by mail and in our Airbnb dashboard. So we know a review is upcoming.
The last 2 reviews didn't appear public after the 14-days period. We didn't write a review about our guest, but this was never an issue in the past for not showing their review. How come these last 2 reviews didn't appear public?
Many thanks!
Best regards,
Leen & Jimmy
@Leen1 I see two reviews on your profile from March - are these the reviews you're talking about?
My first guests left a review for me on day 14. As you know, reviews are important when people are searching through listings. The guests told me the review was accepted and I also reviewed them. Their review is not showing up on my page. Someone from the community tried to address my issue and submitted it to the company for review. It's been over a week and I have not received any response. Any ideas on how long it will take someone to address this issue or respond?
@Pete30 I see two reviews on your profile. Are either of these the one you're talking about?
No. They were my second and third guests. My first guest said he left a review. I received a response from Airbnb customer service today telling me they saw the review was posted as a response to my review of them, therefore it will not show and they have no way to convert it to a review. Oh well, we'll see how having two positive reviews reflects on number of views.
Thanks for checking into it for me.
Pete
I had 4 separate rental guests this summer: all 4 wrote reviews within the 14 days limit but only 3 reviews are showing up on my page. I need all 4...they are all very positive, I need their reviews to show.....how do i get the one that is missing to show to public?
Hi, as a guest I made a review a few days after. The review displays on my account page but does not appear on the listing. Can someone tell me what's going on?
The listing is an entire space in Brooklyn
1. Only few of the reviews are shown under the listing and most are under the hosts name. I see lots of people have the same issue and not sure why airbnb is silient about this..
s2. econdly there path to reviews, details reviews are not easy find in the main menus.
Would like to know how many people has this question.
What is happening with Airbnb when they can’t post the reviews the guests leave for us? After all they do take a % of our money. My bookings have definitely been affected as I haven’t had a review posted since Sept 2018, despite being in touch with Airbnb about it. Let’s face it, people look at reviews for everything these days, if there are no reviews they will go else where. Not only are Hosts losing out, Airbnb are as well!!!
