I have a guest who, as part of his verifications, has a positive review but I cannot view it.  Why?

I am unable to see previous reviews of a quest. Wish to see other hosts' reviews since this inquiring guest has been on  Air BnB since 2014.  She is inquiring for a three month stay, so I am eager to vet her previous stays befpre accepting her and her boyfriend...Clicking on a guest's picture  used to bring up previous reviews; today it doesn't seem to.  Have the modalities changed???...Don't have time to go through the time lapse by calling Airbnb customer service, this moment, though Abnb's default software is prompting me to decide ( I have quickly replied to guest, so we are in dialog...)
