Guest service fee

Is it just me or is the ever increasing guest service fee negatively impacting our bookings. A while back when I looked at what the guests were paying on my total booking fee, it was 13%. Now it is 16%. The guest service fee just keeps going up and 'm getting less and less bookings.

The guest service did not change recently.

The percentage for "long term stays" (28 nights and more) is significant lower then for shorter stays.

You maybe can change to "host only fee" (see account, payment section), which is fixed percentage for all type of stays.

Thanks, I had a look in account and payment section and cannot find how to change to host only fee. Can you assist?

@Emiel1 I cannot find that section either @Trudi16 . Perhaps Europe has a different layout..
