If you want to make a claim you should do so via Airbnb's Resolution Centre. Airbnb Help is a good source for the basics of managing your Airbnb.

Did you file with the police? Depending on the price you will need the police report to file a claim with airbnb's resolution center.
You have 14 days feom the check-out or until the next guest arrives ( what ever is first).
You will need the receipt for the sheet set, if you cannot find it you can look for an online quote for it, and send the link.
