Guest that booked through Airbnb and stayed for two nights but AirBnb didn't pay me.

Hi there

Can someone please help me because I cannot seem to get hold of anyone at Airbnb personally.

I am relatively new to hosting. I had a lady from Italy book with me through the website and the messages came from Airbnb. She stayed for two nights and never paid me. Airbnb have never paid me for it either. When I go into my guests that have stayed list, the lady is not listed there. How do I get my money? Please help.

@Sharon159  If you have a confirmed reservation in your Reservations, there is a number of the reservation in the confirmation.  You would usually have a payout by Air BNB within 24 hours of your listing check in time.  What you have set up for banking or receiving payouts will determine when you recieved the funds.  If you think it has been too long, contact Air BNB (see contact air bnb guide on this site) using the confirmation number.
