Guest that is having Problems booking

My guest says  - 

I click on the book now link from your email. That works. It asks me business or personal travel, and I click that and it works. Then it says accept house rules, which I do, and the “Confirm Booking” button goes from pink to dark red. So far so good. Then I click on the Confirm Booking button, and it never confirms. The button goes pink again, and nothing ever happens.

I thought maybe it was the browser, but I’ve tried four (Explorer, Edge, Chrome, and Safari), and it never works on any of them.

I thought maybe it was somehow my credit card, so I added a new one, and neither works.

So I think it’s their site.

IM trying to list a listing and when i press PUBLISH it will not it simply goes round and round tryed now for 6 weeks

@Anne-Louise0, I can see two listings of yours, is it a different listing you are trying to make live?
