Guest wants refund for cancellation

I had to cancel a guest. He did not get a full refund. Why?

That sounds very odd. Your guest would have to contact airbnb to investigate.  If you cancelled, they should receive a full refund unless there are some minor discrepancies due to fluctuating exchange rates.

He tried, but he can't resove this.  There is no currency discrepancy.  Please resolve issue asap.  please send contact phone and email at airbnb.
