Guest wants to change date of booking

I have  a lady from France who needed June 5 to 12 but my previous tenant leaves on the 6th.

I managed to find a room for her for the night of the 5th but now when she tries to change her request with me there seems to be no way to do this as ABB say she cant book as the date is not availble??

I hope this makes sense to someone as she is desperate and I dont know what to tell her!

I just checked your listing.  The date is definitely not available.  I think you may be planning to put the woman in a different room.  The only way to book her in is to quickly set up a second listing for that other room with that date available.

The room I found for her is just a friend who will take her for the one night.

The problem now is she has a request with me for 5 to 12 June which ABB said I couldnt preapprove because 5th is booked which is true.  So now the lady wants to change her request with me to read June 6 but she has been unable to do that for several days and i have other requests coming in??

Can't you send her an amended booking for these days?

If you are struggling with this you are probably best calling Airbnb to resolve.

Hi,

There is no booking yet as her originaal request included a date that was not available.

I think I will try calling them!
