It can only be done from the web-site, not from the mobile app.  You can do it for her.

Please be careful, this is a classic scam for someone who didn't bother to cancel their reservation in time to get a refund.  They change the reservation to a date in the future and then cancel so they meet the minimum time to get a full refund.  Be wary and ask a lot of questions about why she needs to change the dates.
