If the guest cancelled the reservation before check-in date, it is not possible to for him/her to write a review. If this happened, contact Airbnb to have a look at it and maybe they can remove the review.
If the guest cancelled the reservation on the date of check-in, he/she will be able to write a review.
The most important thing, if you think a review written about you is false, you can write a response that will show up directly below the review and be visible to other guests and hosts. You'll need to write your response within 30 days of when the review was written.
Also, if the content of the review violates the content policy of Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/546/what-is-airbnb-s-content-policy), contact Airbnb and ask for the review to be removed.
