Hi my guest wants to change her dates but is unable to connect to airbnb due to software updates on her phone. I have sent her the reservation change. Please can you help?
If you send the change request to the guest, she will be able to accept your request. If she cannot do this due to internet problems, adsvise her to call Airbnb. The customer care expert will be able to make the change of the reservation with confirmation from both host and guest in writing.
