Guest wishes to change

Hi Pamela Hope you are well! I would like to change the number of guests on our booking to: 3 guests on Thursday 29th March, and then 8 guests from Friday 30th March to Monday 2nd March. Not sure how to do this via the booking site - can you please assist? Regards Gabrielle

Riginal booking was for 5 guests for 4 nights. Now its 3 for 1 night and 8 for 3 nights

You can not change amaount of guests during a booking period. They have to make 2 reservations, one for 3 guests on 29th, and a second reservation for 8 guests from 30th on. You could waive the cleaning fee (if any) on the second reservation.

A confirmed reservation can be changed as described here:

BTW As you do not charge extra for the first 4 guests, you could change it to 8 guests for whole period, but make correction to the price for the first day, when there are only 3 guests. or do it the other way: change reservation to 4 guests for total period, and charge extra via resolution centre for 3 days: the 4 extra guests.

@Pamela317 , i personally would do the changes myself as a host, to stay in control. If you also have to correct the price, it's even the only option. Guests will have to confirm changes anyway.
