Guests Did Not Rate Their Stay

My guests checked out three days ago, and sent me a text message upon leaving saying they enjoyed their stay, and thanking me for the bottle of wine I left for them. However, when I looked through my reviews, they wrote that I have a nice place, but didn't rank me as a host, and didn't rate my place using the star system? All of my other guests gave me 5 stars. 

I'm not sure if their review of me is concluded? I don't know if this is a public review, or if only I can see it? I'm new to AirBNB, so I'm not sure whether I need to do anything else? Thanks for any feedback.

when guests leave a review you will be emailed by AirBnb and get a notification on the AirBnb dashboard.

A review can only be given within 14 days after the stay. If guests already gave you a review, but you didn't give to them, and the 14 days are not over yet, you won't be able to see their review. 

If both, guest and host have given a review before the 14 days are over, both results can be seen immediately.

So, maybe it's just a private message from them.
