Just had 2 guests and there review was we’ll unreal.
being accused of “intrusive” only spoke 10 words to the guy .
he put my furniture down as old (Chesterfield 8.000 GBP),uncomfortable atmosphere ( he was there with his girlfriend) I was not
He recommenending not to stay there.
I was also Rude to him.
Well as I was born in London UK,I know what it means. Well As I said I only spoke 10 words,and tan of them were swear ones,
first time in 8 years had this,and Airbnb believe him!!!!
They also broke the oven, did not wash up before they left,scratched the wooden floor . did not clean or clear anything just
sneaked out quietly.not a word of Bye Bye.
And Airbnb are sending me stars for being a naughty boy.

@Shelly10 I am sorry you had to deal with this kind of guests. But Airbnb won't do anything about the review since it doesn't violate their guidelines. You could ask for recompensation for the damaged item and review them properly. Also you could answer to their review but keep it calm and respectful, the answer is for your future guests after all.
