Guests are asking if they can do a load of washing during their stay. Do I charge and if so how much?

It is up to you if you 'd like to charge. You don't HAVE TO charge something if you think you shouldn't. If you have a washing machine in your offeres amenities though it should be for free. You can only charge it if you mention it in your house rules or somewhere else where it is visible and clear.

I personally don't charge if it is a one off.  It slightly depends if you think they are just taking advantage.

Think about it if you were the guest - it doesn't cost that much and would be a nice gesture to say yes.
