One guest instant booked from China. Three people showed at the door and we cannot accommodate them. I don't trust them and they don't speak a word of English.

@Didier43  If you can, tell guest to contact Air BNB as soon as possible and request assistance with cancellation of the reservation and assistance with re-location.  Use the Air BNB message system which can be translated for them.  Do not allow to stay as they are breaking your rules.

Thanks, we quicked them out and we will deal with AirBnB, who has no number in Thailand by the way.

Lots of south east Asian people abuse the system unfortunately.

Thanks for your reply.

I was so sorry to read your response about "south east Asian people" @Didier43.  I am aware of my need to increase my understanding of various cultural norms.  Whether it is abuse or the cultural norm, as a service that allows all of us to connect with different cultures, I appreciate the many host postings that help host understand different cultural norms.

Been living 14 years in South East Asia and we are well aware of the culture here. I understand how the thinking process works and to mix it with the way we trust people you need to take hits because Asian culture in not fully compatible with Western culture. So far we have amended  to our customers way without any problems. This is the second time the abuse occured amongst more than 100 of guests, We had wonderful guests 99.9% of the time, but this one booked under false pretense and the guests are different from the one that booked. This breaks the trust you built with your guest and the AirBnB model.

We have fixed the issue with the customer now.

@Didier43

The only thing you can do is refuse entry and contact airbnb on their emergency number.
