Guests arriving 5 days late

I have guests booked for seven nights this week . However the day before they were due to check in they messaged to tell me they were unable to arrive before Friday . They haven’t cancelled their booking so will only stay two nights out of th3 7 nights booked . Where do I stand ? I have a strict cancellation policy . Money hasn’t been mentioned or a refund as I am unable to re let the room

As long a the guest is not cancelling the reservation or sending a "changed reservation" request, the booking continues as if the guest has arrived. So simply wait what is going to happen. Maybe they will stay the 2 nights and that's it..
