Guests breaking rules. If I cancel do I get paid?

Guests breaking rules. If I cancel do I get paid?

I have guests that are breaking many of my important house rules.  They have more people staying than listed, they played loud music outside at midnight, and one of the guests broke into another unit on the property and slept in the bed.

If I cancel their reservation do I get paid?   They have already stayed a night and I will have to have it cleaned. Airbnb seems to always side with the guest and never give guests money out for rule breaking.

Need some advice because the reps on the phone never give it.

Thanks

John

@John-And-Beth0 they MIGHT pay you for the night stayed, but definitely NOT for the rest of the reservation (if there was to be more nights... but why do you need to kick them out if there weren't to be more nights?)

And no, ABB does not "fine" guests for rule breaking and they don't pay for nights not stayed when a host asks a guest to leave early. You might however be able to get them to pay market rate for the room they used without being included and you might be able to charge them for the additional guests. Unfortunately there isn't an acceptable fee for being a bad guest and playing music too loudly
