It's a win win for you - you got paid, no hassle from guests, no additional cleaning. Remember people's plans can change rapidly and cancelling accommodation might be the last thing on their mind. I would not review as they did not stay.

I had a similar situation that my Guests booked for 2 nights but did not arrive or respond to my Query regarding when they will arrive.
Now they are asking for refund. Should I refund them the cleaning fee?
As they did not cancel I think they are not eligible for refund regarding the booking or?
