Guests did not arrive

My guests did not come. What to do? Had there a place to remark that they did not appear?

It's a win win for you - you got paid, no hassle from guests, no additional cleaning. Remember people's plans can change rapidly and cancelling accommodation might be the last thing on their mind. I would not review as they did not stay.

My guests did not arrive due to an incident at the airport but did not advise me in advance. Will I get penalised for not writing a review or is there a way to mention this 

 

 

I had a similar situation that my Guests booked for 2 nights but did not arrive or respond to my Query regarding when they will arrive.

 

Now they are asking for refund. Should I refund them the cleaning fee?

As they did not cancel I think they are not eligible for refund regarding the booking or?
