Guests verification complete but she cannot access my listing to book??

I'm having a similar problem. Two sets of guests have tried to book, but cannot as they are put into a perpetual loop.  They have been trying for two days.

I have no idea why they can't.  Neither they nor I can do anything to fix this.
The purpose of joining  Airbnb is to get guests but if Airbnb's system is preventing guests from booking, their whole system seems to have failed...     I waited on their telephone help line for 54ins.  No answer...
