Guests vomiting

This is my first time as an Airbnb host.  And last.  We screened well, asked the right questions, and met the family upon their arrival.  We left a welcome package too.  My cleaner called today (departure yesterday) advising us of the state of one of the bedrooms.  A pile of vomit under the bed; all over the blinds; inside the electrical elements of the heater; along the side of the boxspring.  My cleaner was not prepared for the biohazard of bodily fluids and had to call her team for assistance.  My husband also went over to investigate and see the disaster for his own eyes.  In this time of Covid, I am disturbed, concerned and livid.  How do I recover the costs for new blinds, boxspring and baseboard heater?

First and last time hosting with Airbnb.

@Kelly1285   Instructions for how to initiate a claim for damage:  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/264/

If the guest doesn't accept the charges and Airbnb has to intervene, you're likelier to have success with the cost of replaced items than with the cost of additional cleaning. But keep receipts for everything, including the invoice from your cleaner indicating the costs of backup.
