Hi everyone, I'm new to Airbnb and although I gave the option to charge only 25% of the rate of the fee to my first guests. What happens is that reservations are being charged for space and not for person, so I have reservations of 3 and 4 people who only pay the price of one and AirBnb gives them that option. How do I change this to be charged per guest? Thank you very much.

Spend some time in your hosting dashboard, @Norma68. You won't regret it. But to quickly price per guest, go to Listings then Manage Listing then Pricing. Scroll down until you see Extra Charges. Hit the Edit button there. Choose your price for extra guests.

Edited to add: You cannot change your current bookings without repercussions. It will be best to leave those as is. You are editing for future bookings.
