Several times now I have looked at the calendar and seen simply "ADVANCE" on a date which is then blocked. People duly arrived with whom I had had no communication or means of knowing who they even were. Who is booking them AND why have I NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT from Airbnb? It's happening again today- I don't whether guests are coming or who blocked the date!
Hi aly, guests have stayed no communication no payment and your getting more guests today with same procedure.
You need to contact bnb immediately and I would definitely not let next guests in until you have confirmation and communication in regards to details and payment and your last payment.
