HOW DO I CHANGE JUST COVER PHOTO WITHOUT DELETING OTHER PHOTOS

Easier than you think, @Micaela41. Are you working on a laptop? Go into Edit Photos (from Listings - hit the Edit button beside Photos). Scroll down to the bottom. Add the new photo there where it says "Add another". Now drag it up to the cover photo spot. Your existing cover photo will move down, and you can delete just it.
