Hacked account

My account got hacked yesterday with 3 reservations at the same time, all in New Zealand and all for the same time schedule (April 29th to May 3rd) and already checked in. I got notifications 2 hours later than the payment was done. I reached out the customer services immediately right after I got the notification emails about the reservations and havent heard anything yet. There is some security problem with the login/payment section I believe. Unfortunately, I did not know how many people had similar problems. I have been using airbnb for a few years now and was happy about it but never expected this could happen. Still waiting for help from the customer service.

The same thing has happened to us twice in 1 month with 4 fake listings being booked on my behalf as a guest & money leaving our paypal account immediately. AIRBNB have been very hard to contact & the department that deals with it, I have to wait for them to email me & they do not have phones! There seems to be security issues at AIRBNB & no staff to deal with it. However we are a host & rely on AIRBNB for 75% of our bookings so it is hard to just close our account. I am waiting for them to contact me regarding the recent one on Fri 31st May.
