Hacked account

Whilst i was sleeping last night 2 bookings were made and attempted to be cancelled on my acount at 3am but no refund available.

Also another booked trip by me was cancelled. How do i sort this out? I have changed the password on my account but can't find any other contact or assistance from Airbnb! Please help !!

Sorry to read of your unfortunate situation.

This has been a common scam in recent times.

Check all your settings on all your listing are as you have set them & reset them if necessary.

ABB UK contact details are here in CC if you use related keywords in the searchbox.

You may like to also search UK listings hacked/ etc in CC to see how others have come to a resolution & network with others in your area to see if they to have been hit with the same scam.
