Half pay no visa

Airbnb have received a booking deposit but the customers Visa card lodged with Airbnb has been compromised and she can’t use it again so paid the remainder direct to me !! Will Airbnb pay what she sent them or what will happen ? Many thx

Why did you ask the guest to pay you off the platform? You know it is against their T&Cs .

if the guest was able to pay you directly they could just as easily paid Airbnb.

if Airbnb doesn’t receive the second payment they will cancel the booking.

you need to call them urgently to see if this can be sorted out.
