Handicap accessibility

We recently had a guest that left us a review that stated “Only downside, it’s not handicapped accessible”. The guest did not inform us of any accessibility needs at the time of booking. Our listing states the exact number of stairs that have to be climbed to get into our apartment (it is on the second floor). How should we respond to her review? Thank you

Hi there as you have done your part to explain the access options in the listing and the guest leaving a review I would suggest to directly respond to the review left to high light these points so guest understand that this was already listed in your Airbnb listing 🙂
