Have not received my payout

Have not received my payout

Hello, (from Cape Town - South Africa)

We have hosted twice and still have not received monies into our bank account.

When I go to transaction history I can see the payments however it's not reflecting in the bank.

This is a matter of urgency now as I need to pay property owners, cleaners etc??

What do I do??

I'm sorry to hear you haven't yet received your payouts. How long it takes depends on your payout method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payout process works and how you can check your payout status. 

 

If it has been 10 days since your guests checked in, I suggest that you contact Airbnb about this -  this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.
