Haven't received payout

Hi there, I had a guest stay 2 weeks ago and should be getting a payout. It is in my future payouts screen but is not releasing.

I have had all other payments from guests after this booking. Who can help look into that for me? I have emailed

the bank transfers people who have confirmed this is correct but said I need to contact Airbnb to action this. Is this the right

place? I cant find anywhere else to get help.

Yes, you do need to Contact Airbnb in order to rectify this.
