Hello, I'm unable to respond to potential guests via text because of error message

When I try to reply to text message from potential guests, I get the following error message:

         "Unfortunately, we could not process your response because your number is registered to many accounts."

I have deleted an old account and have only one account with only one listing

Do you mean via text as in via your mobile phone? If so, I would suggest you try via the web as the mobile app plays up sometimes.

I am having the same problem. I can only respond from my mobile and I think I only have one account.
