Do you mean to say that a guest has booked a stay and you haven't confirmed it beforehand?

Your listing is set to "instant book" so anyone who meets your requirements can book automatically without your approval- if you want each guest to send a request that you then need to authorise before accepting the booking, change your settings to "request to book" instead.
