Well... if you want to accept the penalities,   you press the cancel button...

... call customer service or tweet Airbnb,  explain the situation,   be patient,  next time be more careful.

Or @Widtz0  could ask the guest "please do not pay", after 24 hours reservation expires ;>)

If it is possible for you, i see that for your first guest, check-in, you need to wait for one month for getting your payout and after you will get payed, after, about 24 hours. Could you see this link :
