@Octavia29 I was trying to inform you that if you thought posting here would result in someone calling you, you'd be waiting in vain, as this is not customer service.
And no, it is not "Dummy" to suggest that if you want to be assured of getting a place for the dates you want, you may have to pay again instead of waiting for the refund first.
That just happened to me with an airline ticket- the airline cancelled the flight I had booked, they hadn't yet credited me for it, but I had to rebook, paying again, as there was only 3 seats left for the only other flight that would work for me. Had I waited for the refund, which has now been credited back to me, that would have been a dummy move- I would have lost the flight.
Was I irritated that the airline canceled the first flight and didn't immediately refund me? And that there was a 3 hour phone wait to talk to their CS agents? Sure I was. But I needed to get to where I was going, and had no choice.
And what does my profile photo have to do with anything?
