 I have a problem with a guess that book for 3 days but when he got to my place he told me that he found some body from time share that offers him a good deal. He stay one day and start causing problems so he can get his monety back.

According to our policies to get the money back he has to cancell 72 hrs. Before. But he still sending messages about getting the money back. And Airbnb said I got to answer him  he is requesting 88 dlls.

@Jeff158  I was advised  by support to leave it at 5 guests and eight beds with a special of $25.00 per additional guests per night, beyond 5 ppl ...  
i'll see if this works...

To me, it does not make a lot of sense. But it is up to you.

Max: 5 persons, and $ 25 extra after the 5th guest?

But you will know what is best for yourself.

Oh, And I really would have guessed it was a 26-year old on the lawn-mower 😉
