Hello

I’m a host in Airbnb I’m not sure finally my guest booked my place from April 19 -22 she’s name is carol and she is still doesn’t  reply my several messages

@Eira5 Try reaching her od her cell phone, if not, contact Airbnb and have them contact her.

If the guest does not respond, @Eira5 it could be that they have the phone turned off during travel.  It would be important for you to contact Air BNB proactively and advise that you do not have communication with the guest.
