Hi there, i need your help 😞 during this 3 month my every guest leave their rewiu, but site tells me that my rating os only 18%, how can i write airbnb to check my account?

I think it is a glitch, @Sophie1034 . Hopefully temporary. Mine says 19% tonight, and it should be something like 90%.

I just looked around, @Sophie1034 , and see it is a glitch for sure. Many hosts are reporting it. Seems this one is worldwide. Nothing to worry about. It will either get fixed, or we will all lose our superhost status at the end of the month together. 🙂
