Help About Travel Credit Gone during internet problem

Hey guys, my phone was jammed during internet down. my trip was cancel (in request to your Host for booking) my travel creadit is gone.. who should i contact about this issue.. kinda sad because i want to book the room as that night 3/2/2018 my lil brother wedding night.. so i need some near place to prepare.. but suddently my travel creadit is gone.

That is unusual. You would need to contact Airbnb Support directly to see if they can refund you the travel credit.
