Help! I need to involve airbnb.

Hi there.  My rental has an "off season" price" and "high season" pricing.  I cannot find out how to advertise this difference.  I have a client who wants to rent, but he thinks he can rent for the "advertised price" because I do not know how to list my "high season prices!!!!"

Please will someone share a phone number with a LIVE Person!!!!

You do not need Airbnb's help to set your prices.  You need to go into your calendar view and set the prices for the months, weekends, whatever it is to the price you want.  This is your responsibility - setting the price.  They only show the prices you've provided.

The host can change the rate daily if they want so the price the guest pays is dependent on the dates selected.  However, the fixed price on your home page may be seen by the guest as the rate so you have to educate regarding the seeming discrepancy.
