We have had over 718 views within 30 days and have only had like 14 bookings.
can you please tell us what we're doing wrong!
Thank you

Honestly, those numbers don't seem too bad to me! 14 bookings in 30 days would be much busier than usual for me!
The only thing I really notice on your listing is that it's listed as an "Entire Home." To guests, this implies they will have the whole house to themselves. But it appears you, your wife, and your pets all plan to live in the home while the guests are there. If you switch to "private room" you will get a higher percentage of views from guests who are really looking for what you are offering and will be happy to see how welcoming you are.
Thank you very much!
we have actually had it listed as private room and we just switched it within the last week to "entire home" to see if maybe that was the problem.
I will try switching it back to private room and see.
thank you so much for your feedback it's greatly appreciated
Hey guys
Your home looks lovely, and I am sure you will be successful hosts.
Honestly , you seem to be doing great considering you have only been hosting for a month. What are your occupancy rates for July and August like?
Scope out the competition in your area, and see what price performance is like.
113 € for 6 people is an amazing deal for a place like yours, but you can also consider renting individual bedrooms for solo travelers or couples.
Your reviews are great, so I have no dobts your listing will become super popular and booked within few months.
Another little trick, ask your friends and family members who use Airbnb to go to your listing and mark it as favorite, this should put you in the top of the search results for a while and give you some initial momentum.
Good luck!
Amir
Thank you so much!
Our occupancy rate for July is much better then in August. We have had quite a few bookings for July-that's where most of our bookings are from.
Your feedback was very helpful and I will definitely look into your advice.
Its greatly appreciated.
You are welcome
That is all normal. From my observation so far, most airbnb users are chill and free spirited folks, who go with the flow.
So most bookings are no more than few weeks in advance.
Plus I the begining your home is featured as a New Listing, which gives it some extra visibility.
I to had a decline in bookings for my second month of hosting compared to first, but commitment and hard work payed out in the third month. Once my good reputation took off, I have had steady occupancy rate around 60 % ever since 🙂
Also changing a few words on your listing or adding new photos every now and then helps to increase your visibility.
Yes they are very chill and free spirited.
We really enjoy hosting it has been a pleasure meeting so many people and learning about there background and what brought them to the area. It's very interesting!
Thank you again for your input, it has been very helpful.
I will definitely keep that all in mind.
We aren't trying to get rich off of doing this or anything we are just antsy to have more people enjoy our home like we do.
