Help can’t find my listing

I am a super host with 5 stars. I was doing very well until recently I can’t find my place even on the map of Boston.  I called Airbnb and they say it is there and they can see it.  I sent the link to my daughter and she can see it but no matter how I do search results or filters I can’t find it. Can someone check for me to see if I a nuts

Thanks but when I do a search on the map or for backbay Boston it does not show up. I know the link works but not showing up in any search. I have tri s everything. Please try and let me know if you find it

Hi,

We all can find your listing in the search results. You can't, because you probably do the search on same device as you created the listing and being logged in ? Try another device. @Ron129, there are just a TON of listings in your area.

To make your listing appear, I had to zoom the map way way in

(so that it only included Massachusetts Ave to Charlesgate W).

At that level of zoom, there were only 36 listings visible, and you were #17.

I guess the solution would be to try to make your listing appear higher in the search results.

Have a look on the Airbnb Help Centre @Jeanine64 it explains how Airbnb ranks listing, normally a combination of great photos and description, lots of five star reviews, using IB, right prices etc
